READY SEAL, Inc. Announces its Acquisition by Rust-Oleum Corporation

Dallas, Texas, – June 17, 2025 – READY SEAL, Inc. (READY SEAL®) announced today its acquisition by Rust-Oleum®, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc. RPM International Inc. is an Ohio-based, NYSE-listed leader in specialty coatings, sealants, building materials and related services. READY SEAL is now part of RPM's Rust-Oleum business in their Consumer Group.
The sale to Rust-Oleum will allow READY SEAL to leverage Rust-Oleum's robust distribution network and go-to-market capabilities to grow the READY SEAL brand in retail outlets throughout North America and internationally. The acquisition enables further expansion of READY SEAL offerings and strengthens its position as a premium product in the exterior wood care industry.
